Welcome to the BEAUTY up!date 05. Today we would like to inform you about the supporting services such as stand staff and catering we provide so you have your hands free during the trade fair period.

And did you know that as an exhibitor at BEAUTY you are eligible to reserve a parking spot on the exhibition grounds? We recommend that you order your parking pass early, since space is limited. The order deadline is 07 April 2022.

Our new service for you: From now on, you will receive your parking cards exclusively digitally – and no longer by post. You can easily download your parking cards as a PDF via the Online Order System (OOS), forward them and print them out.

Please also remember that a late charge of 35% will be assessed for orders for technical services received after 11 April 2022.

Stand Catering

Sit back and relax: let local catering professionals deliver hot and cold supplies right to your stand. Upon request our experienced service partners would be happy to make you some catering suggestions and support you with information on the applicable hygiene regulations for handling and preparing food at your stand.

Incidentally, for your general daily needs in between times you will find a supermarket right on the grounds of the exhibition centre.

Stand Manning Staff

Attending to your visitors at the trade fair stand is what makes or breaks success. Guests are impressed by a friendly approach and a self-confident attitude. Find competent hostesses/ hosts and skilled service staff here.

Our service partners are exclusive provider of skilled staff specifically geared to your needs. And should you require assistance with assembly and dismantling please remember to register your requirements with us by 25 April.

To make your appearance at the trade fair a success, complex and timely preparations by all parties involved are needed – exhibitors, stand construction companies, service partners and last not least Messe Düsseldorf are challenged in the run-up to the event.

Do your part by ordering at an early stage thereby easing the logistics planning and organization for our service partners.
