BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF – 31 March to 2 April 2023

Welcome to the final stages of preparing for your trade fair – in about six weeks’ time, you will be greeting your guests at BEAUTY 2023. We are therefore sharing a few more tips and deadlines today that are important for your participation in the fair.

Please note that a late-order surcharge of 35% will be applied to orders for technical services received after 5 March 2023.

Please also bear in mind that, due to current world events and the resultant overall market situation, stand construction capacities are limited this year.
We therefore urgently request that you order this service promptly so that we can guarantee its provision. Here is an overview of our stand construction concepts.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the BEAUTY online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

Digital Exhibitor Passes

Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.

Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in the admission vouchers and exhibitor passes, will no longer be possible, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival.

Digitization of Parking Permits

Our new service for you: From now on, you will receive your parking cards exclusively digitally – and no longer by post.

You can easily download your parking cards as a PDF via the Online Order System (OOS), forward them and print them out. Reserve a trade fair parking spot online.

Traffic Regulations

This allows you to inform your suppliers in plenty of time. Please familiarize yourself with the traffic regulations on the exhibition grounds. You will find out when you may access the grounds, which trucks are allowed to enter and how the Düsseldorf environmental zone is controlled.

Here’s how to be ideally prepared for any risk: with accident and liability insurance for your employees, and exhibition insurance for your stand and exhibits. Hedge your bets in the night hours as well – get technical coverage for your stand, or have it monitored by security guards. And always keep an eye on your valuable stand equipment.
