Welcome to the BEAUTY up!date 04. Today we would like to remind you about the order deadlines for important of technical services. Please remember that a late charge of 35% will be assessed for orders received after 10 February 2020. Please also note this year's shortened dismantling until 10 March, 12 noon.

Exhibitor Pass: Your Ticket to Local Public Transport

Your exhibitor pass allows you to ride with busses, metro and trains (2nd class) in the Rhine-Ruhr linked transport system (VRR), price level D, to and from the trade fair, free of charge. Please be sure to order any additional exhibitor passes by 20 February. The passes are also valid for TOP HAIR.

Waste / Disposal

It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables every day after the trade fair closes.

Here’s how to be ideally prepared for any risk: with accident and liability insurance for your employees, and exhibition insurance for your stand and exhibits. Hedge your bets in the night hours as well – get technical coverage for your stand, or have it monitored by security guards. And always keep an eye on your valuable stand equipment.
