Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).
Please note that every invoice issued by Messe Düsseldorf GmbH is stored for you in your OOS account, this gives you the opportunity to check the authenticity of your invoices at any time.

If you have any suspicions, please compare the sender's IBAN, typeface and e-mail address with the invoices stored in the OOS (Online Order System). You will need the OOS password for this.
