Welcome to the BEAUTY 2022 up!date 02.

As of now you can secure your admission tickets: the tickets stating your hall and stand number guide your guests free of charge to BEAUTY and right to you.

up!date 02 brings you new topics and dates that are crucial to the planning of your trade fair participation in the coming weeks.

Messe Düsseldorf says goodbye as it enters a brief Christmas break – our offices will be closed from 24th December to 2nd January. We wish you a wonderful Christmas season and a happy, healthy and successful New Year. We will be here for you again on 3rd January 2022.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the BEAUTY online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

• Redeemed admission vouchers are 1-day tickets for a specific date and thus only valid on the day booked by the customer.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.

Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible from January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For information and tickets, please visit www.rheinbahn.de.

Press Service

Take advantage of unparalleled media presence: trade press from around the globe assembles at BEAUTY. Make your products and services known with minimum effort and maximum effect. For example with a free service: post your press releases on the BEAUTY Internet portal, allowing journalists access to your trade fair announcements for their pre-fair reports and articles.

Free Advertising Material

Take advantage of the free advertising materials for BEAUTY. Large-format posters in your business rooms and logos in your adverts and emails attract maximum attention starting long before the trade fair. Download or order free of charge no later than 19 February.

WIFI

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief Video.

Fraud Alert!

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).

All invoices issued by Messe Düsseldorf are deposited in your OOS account.
In your OOS account you have the possibility to check the correctness of the invoices at any time.
