Welcome to the second up!date for BEAUTY! As of now you can secure your admission tickets: the tickets stating your hall and stand number guide your guests free of charge to BEAUTY and right to you.

You will find all topics and dates that are essential to the planning of your trade fair participation here in this up!date.

Messe Düsseldorf says goodbye as it enters a brief Christmas break – our offices will be closed from 24 December to 1 January. We wish you a wonderful Christmas season and a happy, healthy and successful New Year. We will be here for you again on 2 January 2019.

Admission Vouchers with Codes
Entry trade fair
If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite your them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code. All they need to do is print out the ticket. It also serves as a public transport ticket for buses, trains and trams on the local transport network VRR.
NEW: to achieve an even higher quality of visitors all persons invited shall provide trade visitor credentials now.

Free Advertising Material
Advertising material
Take advantage of the free advertising materials for BEAUTY. Large-format posters in your business rooms and logos in your adverts and emails attract maximum attention starting long before the trade fair. Download or order free of charge no later than 08 March.

Smartphone
Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.
Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief Video.

Fraud Alert!
Fake stamp
We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).
