Please remember the approval timeline if you plan to erect special constructions such as a multi-level stand. Please send us your planning documents no later than 11 February 2019.

Full Service: Suspension, Rigging and Media Technology

Please remember that it is not allowed to operate your own cranes or fork lifts at the exhibition centre. Forklifts, containers and other heavy equipment can be ordered from a trade fair exporter and should be reserved as early as possible to secure loading appointments and prevent long wait times. The order deadline is 25 February 2019.

Advertising on the exhibition grounds

Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges, or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 29 March 2019.
