As initiator & co-organiser of the Permanent BEAUTY Masters, she is setting a major milestone for the PMU industry at Beauty International. She has been successfully active as an independent entrepreneur in the beauty industry for 23 years. She is the founder & owner of AOPN and the OH Academy. She contributes her expertise to various committees. For example, she chaired the board of examiners at the Chamber of Crafts for the state examination of beauty service providers. As an expert in PMU matters, she participates in court decisions. She contributes her know-how to numerous articles for magazines and international companies as an author and book writer. She is also a speaker & jury member at international PMU competitions.
