As a hair & make-up artist, the American Julia Watkins has already worked in the backstage team of New York Fashion Week and is part of the backstage team of international fashion shows such as Rebecca Minkoff, Jason Wu or Hugo Boss. As Head of Make-up for numerous designer shows, she now works for brands such as Maybelline New York and Yves Saint Laurent. She has also been Head of Hair & Make-up for the hit ProSieben show "Germany's Next Topmodel" and "Switzerland Next Topmodel". Three years ago, Julia realised her dream and founded her own agency, the Born This Way Agency in Frankfurt. With a focus on beauty and fashion, she regularly organises and manages fashion shows, shoots, video productions as well as influencer and other events and supports numerous brands in the process.
