Premiere of the Permanent BEAUTY Masters was a complete success

The Permanent BEAUTY Masters were held in two categories for the first time.

Julia Kaiser from Dortmund (Germany) wins in the category "Powder-Brows", Inna Klippert from Bremen (Germany) wins in the category "Volume Lips

At BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF 2023, the Permanent BEAUTY Masters celebrated its premiere - the competition for professional permanent make-up artists was held under the motto "Elegant on the Beach". In the given 2.5 hours, the participants proved their skills in front of a large professional audience. A professional permanent make-up is characterized by the harmonious selection of form and color. For this reason, the focus in the two competition categories "Powder-Brows" and "Volume Lips" was on natural and type-appropriate micropigmentation. In the "Powder Brows" category, an airy styling in white, which perfectly highlights the natural beauty of the eyebrows, prevailed. In the second category, "Volume Lips," soft and trendy lips were honored for their natural touch.

Julia Kaiser from Dortmund won in the "Powder Brows" category. The 45-year-old was delighted with her success: "I am overwhelmed and would never have expected to win here. I love this job and I love to beautify my customers' eyebrows day and night." Julia Kaiser is self-employed and has her own studio in Dortmund. She was trained in all areas at cosmetology school, but Kaiser found her passion in permanent makeup.

She has now been in the PMU business since 2007 and added pigmentation to her services five years ago. The Dortmund native visits BEAUTY every year to find out about new products as well as innovations and to make new contacts.

  • Prize (1,000 euros): Anastasia Sterzing from Eschwege
  • Prize (500 euros): Mirka Frizziero from Cologne

The winners of the Volume Lips 2023 category:

  • Prize (1,500 euros): Inna Klippert from Bremen
  • Prize (1,000 euros): Mercedes Schokátz from Solymár / Hungary
  • Prize (500 euros): Elena Strukaceva from Meinerzhagen / Germany

The expert jury closely inspected the work of the participants during the competition.

The most beautiful lips on the theme of “Elegant on the Beach” were created by Inna Klippert from Bremen. Her design was convincing and therefore she won the first place and €1500 in prize money. The Bremen native had firmly believed she would win: "I actually dreamt tonight that I would win the title here," Klippert said incredulously. "I am speechless! I can't believe that I was able to prevail against such great competition. To be able to show my skills here is an exciting challenge that I was happy to accept." When it comes to competitions, the PMU specialist is a consummate professional, having gained considerable tournament experience. She found the Permanent BEAUTY Masters to be very well organized and she felt very comfortable. The lucky winner now has eleven years of experience in permanent make-up and has been running her own studio in Bremen since January this year.

The jury included Olga Hendricks, Elena Nikora, Larissa Schroff, Sabina Knaub, Magdalena Bellmann, Anna Monika Spiewak, Anna Revzin, Galina Freitag and Kim Sarah Hornig.
