The Golden Mask for Make-Up Art is regularly awarded to make-up artists by KRYOLAN Berlin and Messe Düsseldorf at BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF, honouring special creativity, technical expertise and dedication to enhancing the professional image of make-up artists. In his capacity as a make-up artist, he has made major contributions to numerous advertising campaigns, catalogues and fashion shows. His clients include Gucci, Nina Ricci, Kenzo, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Boucheron, Cartier, Lancaster, Lancel, Chloé, Christian Lacroix, Swarovski, Loewe, Azzaro, Ungaro, Jean Paul Gaultier, Jean Claude Jitrois, Silvio Beterelli, Massimo Rebecchi, Cristiano Burani, Brunelli, Darphin and Natura, to name but a few. In 2011 Jabe masterminded the make-up for five episodes in the 16th season of America's Next Top Model.
In 2013 he started a new chapter in his career, working as a Creative Director for various cosmetics firms and magazines. He also founded the international avant-garde magazine OOB as a unique platform for make-up artists.
