Since January 1st, 2010, the Austrian software vendor TAC GmbH has been exclusive partner of Wellness-Hotels-Deutschland (Wellness-Hotels Germany) in the field of spa software. With this the developer of “Reservation Assistant” spa & activity software joins an association of the 50 most reputable spas within the 4- and 5-star segment in Germany, Austria, South Tyrol and Switzerland.

The common goal of this cooperation is to define and ensure an outstanding quality standard in the wellness- and spa industry. “Reservation Assistant spa & activity software was created for the demands of the international top hospitality. In this way we help the most reputable businesses in the wellness industry offer consistently high quality despite of increasing demands”, explains Thomas Roessler, managing director of TAC. The software optimizes all processes that run in every business in the spa industry. Central procedures such as reservation, billing, employee scheduling and voucher management are automatically being administered according to economic aspects. In this way provable efficiency increases are achieved. TAC provided the software with several interfaces to different external systems that allow joint use of data.

12 out of the 50 member hotels of Wellness-Hotels-Deutschland, such as Wellness- and Vitalhotel Mangler, BollAnt´s im Park and Hotel-Ermitage Golf, are already using Reservation Assistant spa & activity software.
