How do I receive an invitation letter for my visa application?
With regard to entry formalities, we recommend that you contact the German embassy or consulate in your country or your travel agency.
With effect from 24 July 2013, the visa offices at the foreign representations of the Federal Republic of Germany have been informed that future applications for a visa to visit a trade fair in Germany will no longer require the presentation of an invitation from the respective trade fair company.
Exhibitors are requested to submit an exhibitor authorisation from the respective trade fair company when applying for a visa. In this case, the visa can be issued free of charge. If the exhibitor is not in possession of an exhibitor authorisation, the purpose of the trip must be made plausible in another way; in this case, a visa cannot be issued free of charge.

Online application for old exhibitors
If you have already participated in a previous event, but not in the last one, please use the online registration for new exhibitors. Our exhibitor service team can still assign a previous participation based on the customer data and the history.

You will find your customer number and the order number of the previous event - for the use of the personalized registration for former exhibitors - on the admission or an invoice for this event.

At step 3 of the online registration you have the possibility to create a user account as a new administrator or log in with existing user data.
Online application for new exhibitors (main exhibitors)
Are you exhibiting for the first time or have you already participated in an earlier event but not in the last one?
Please use the online application for new exhibitors, as the pre-filled online application is only possible if you participated in the last event.

Once completed, your registration will be received immediately by Messe Düsseldorf.

Online Application for co-exhibitors / joint stand participants
As main exhibitor / joint pavillion organizer you have the possibility to invite co-/joint stand exhibitors via the EAT - Easy Administration Tool in our Online Order System / OOS. After receiving your invitation they can easily register via our online registration.

Only when the online shop goes live is the administrator's user account linked to the stand order for participation. Only then can an invitation be made via the EAT in the OOS. If you would like to make invitations in advance, please send us an enquiry to: onlinesupport@messe-duesseldorf.de.

Please note that other services that can be booked for a fee are not included in the stand space calculation (electricity, cleaning, etc.).

Is online registration binding?
By completing the online registration you have transmitted your legally binding registration data electronically to Messe Düsseldorf.
How can I cancel my online application?
Cancellation of online application is possible until admission. In this case, a cancellation fee (in accordance with the Special Conditions of Participation) must be paid. Cancellation must be made in writing by email to onlinesupport@messe-duesseldorf.de

The rebooking offer in the OOS enables you to secure an optimal stand location for the next trade fair at an early stage.

The rebooking process is simple and efficient- You send us your booking request via the OOS and the corresponding available product and placement requests, and we plan your stand location.

By placing an order, you express your interest in participating in the next event. As soon as you have been allocated a stand space, the corresponding stand rental fee must be paid. Further information can be found in point 9 of the conditions of participation.

The earlier you book, the more effectively we can take your wishes into consideration and plan an optimal stand location for you.
