Messe Düsseldorf GmbH has postponed BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF to 18 to 20 September.
In doing so, Messe Düsseldorf is following the recommendation of the crisis management team of the German Federal Government to take into account the principles of the Robert Koch Institute when assessing the risk of major events. Based on this recommendation and the recent significant increase in the number of people infected with the new corona virus (SARS-CoV-2), including in Europe, Messe Düsseldorf has reassessed the situation. In addition, there is the general ruling issued by the city of Düsseldorf on 11 March 2020, in which major events with more than 1,000 participants present at the same time are generally prohibited, as well as the federal and state guidelines on the restriction of social contacts from 22 March 2020.

When will the event be rescheduled?
New dates have already been found for Beauty and Top Hair: Beauty will be held at the Düsseldorf exhibition centre from 18 to 20 September; Top Hair from 19 to 20 September.
How are exhibitors informed about new date?
The new dates are published on the websites and social media channels of the trade fairs. In addition, all exhibitors will receive a mailing on the new date.
Do contracts remain valid for the alternative date? Can exhibitors withdraw?
Existing contracts remain valid for the alternative date of the postponed trade fairs. For cancellations the existing conditions of participation apply.
When will the visitor ticket shop be converted?
The BEAUTY ticket shop is already open again. Tickets which have already been purchased can be downloaded after logging into the ticket shop under "My orders" in the current layout with a new date.
What happens with bookings already made for flight tickets, hotel accommodation etc.?
We understand the difficult situation resulting from the postponement. Please contact your respective provider to clarify open questions and find solutions. We are unable to provide information on contracts between customers and third parties, as these have not been concluded with Messe Düsseldorf.
