BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL Düsseldorf: A new face in Project Management

The BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL Düsseldorf, the world’s leading trade fair for professional cosmetics, has a new Project Manager. With effective from 1 January 2004 Helmut Winkler will be replacing the previous Project Manager Heinz Küsters. Heinz Küsters will be taking over responsibility for the Market Research Department of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH and will be able to utilize his years of experience as Project Manager there.
With Helmut Winkler the cosmetics fair is in the hands of an experienced fair specialist. Helmut Winkler, who has worked as Project Manager at Messe Düsseldorf GmbH since 1989, looked after the BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL between 1991 and 1999 and initiated the sale of the event from WK International to Messe Düsseldorf GmbH in 1985. In addition to the BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL, Winkler will also be looking after the CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF and the REHACare International.
According to Winkler, no changes are to be made to the successful event concept for the time being. The previous meeting points Nail, Sun+Wellness and Foot are to remain in place as well as the extensive workshop and seminar programme at the meeting point in Hall 16 and in the Congress Center East (CCD.Ost). Other highlights at the BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL 2004 from Friday 19 to Sunday 21 March 2004 are the German and International Make-Up Championships, the International Nail Championships and presentation of the “Beauty Award: A Life of Beauty”.
