BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL DÜSSELDORF 2006: Jutta Kleine-Tebbe receives Beauty Award "A Life of Beauty"

Jutta Kleine Tebbe, Chairwoman of the Administrative Board of BABOR Cosmetics/Aachen, received the "A Life of Beauty” Award in Düsseldorf on Friday, 17 March 2006. This award that comes with prize money of € 2,500 and has been presented for six consecutive years now, was handed over at the world's largest trade fair for cosmetic service providers - BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL DÜSSELDORF 2006. The prize is designed to honour personalities who have devoted their lives to cosmetics and are thought to be first movers in the industry.
With her sound commercial and cosmetic background the award winner channels all her energy into the company currently employing 350 staff worldwide and now represented in more than 60 countries on all five continents. For 50 years BABOR Cosmetics has been among the professional suppliers to beauty parlours. The firm's USPs include its holistic approach to systematic care, its training centre, an outstanding service concept as well as the in-house research and development centre.
In the 90s Jutta Kleine-Tebbe pushed the BABOR Group to enter the SPA business market. With her support the BABOR INSTITUT PALM BEACH was established in 1997 followed by the BABOR INSTITUTE in Bad Aachen in 1999, which was also designed as a day spa. Today, the 61 year-old Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, mother of three and grandmother of six, focuses on such "non-routine” business projects as the BABOR chronicle and the firm's 50th anniversary celebrations.
